Threat Focus Diligence™

Review the Completed Report and Implement Suggested Fixes, Patches, and Mitigation Steps

  • Each audit report includes an Executive summary describing the report name, dates, safe mode option, Port scan results, vulnerability summary, and weakness summary.
  • Each vulnerability test is displayed with the Calculated Risk, port number, detailed description, and Ignore flag (for false positives).
  • Individual vulnerability tests include a detailed description describing the specific problem, links to patches when appropriate, CVE number references, BugTraq references, and any mitigation steps that may be used to reduce or eliminate the risk.
Vulnerability tests can be flagged as 'ignore' to identify this test as a 'false positive'. This can be useful when the scanner finds a potential problem, but is known to not affect this particular asset. To reduce the repeated reporting of the occurrence of this test, the user can check the ignore box and this test will not be displayed. If at any time you wish to review all tests, you can click on the Show All button at the bottom of the page.
