• Multiple Profiles can be created to target alert notifications to the right technical group or individual
• Each profile has a unique alert email or pager address
• Each profile includes an automatic backup escalation notification address for critical system monitoring assurance
• Each profile can have alerts delivered as a simple notification (for pagers)², a short description (PDA's or blackberry devices)², or a full description (for email).
• Each profile can also specify that alerts are delivered with full PGP encryption for maximum security
• Each profile allows the user to select the vendors and products to monitor
