Executives:
Chief Executive Officer: Dexter Faraira
Dexter Faraira is a founding stockholder of the Company and serves as our Chief Executive Officer. He has over 11 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and is considered an expert in Banking, e-Government, e-Commerce and EDI systems.

Prior to founding OHM,LLC Dexter had worked for Wells Fargo Bank, State of South Dakota, Deutsche Bank, Eli Lilly Co & Esseven Infotech.

Dexter holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Annamalai University and have training/certifications in .Net Technologies & Web development. He is having MCAD certificate from Microsoft.

Dexter is one of the core designer, developer and implementor of OHMS^TM.


President & Chief Operations Officer: Dennis J. Ryckman
Dennis Ryckman is a founding stockholder of the Company and serves as our President and Chief Operations Officer. He brings more than 16 years of business, management and IT experience to OHM,LLC. He is currently responsible for managing overall company operations, including everything from financials to employee concerns. He is currently working on new business development and client relations in the Pierre region.

Dennis also guides the overall vision, direction and strategic growth of the company. His vision includes leading the regional markets with innovative products and services that transcend previous industry standards. Previously Dennis was President of My Tech Place, a technology and Internet business that merged with factor 360 in the spring of 2002. He was also IT Director for one of the Top-25 livestock producers in the nation.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He was voted one of the “Ten Outstanding Young South Dakotans” by the South Dakota Jaycees in 2002 and “Jaycee of the Year” by the Pierre Jaycees in 2000. The latter honor came after he volunteered more than 1,000 hours of his time to help construct the Jaycees batting cage in Pierre.

Vice President & Chief Information Officer: Sudheer Sajja
Sudheer Sajja is a founding stockholder of the Company and serves as our Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and is considered an expert in e-Commerce and EDI systems.

Prior to founding OHM,LLC Sudheer was President / CEO of Pringle Technologies Inc., also had worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst with Factor 360 Inc. There he had worked with several e-Commerce systems for various clientele of the firm. He had lead teams in implemeting the e-Commerce Solutions and streamlined several functions of the organization.

Sudheer is one of the core designer, developer and implementor of OHMS^TM.

Sudheer holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras in India. Sudheer is a member of the Project Management Institute and a Silver medallist in the Duke of Edinburgh award.
